We’re hiring for a food truck cook/team member!
We are looking for someone to start and grow with us from day one in our specialty sandwich food trailer, Griddle, opening June 1st!
This role would involve manning the flat top and preparing orders for customers. We would love to bring someone on who is also interested in growing their role and taking on managing operations, inventory etc as things progress. We want to build with our team from day one.
• Cooking and assembling sandwiches/orders accurately and efficiently
• Keeping the truck clean, stocked, and organized throughout shifts
• Working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude with customers
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable multitasking under pressure
• Friendly and personable
• Able to move quickly while still paying attention to detail
• Willing to jump in wherever needed as part of a small team
• Flexible as we get things running
Pay:
• $23–$25/hour plus tips depending on experience
• W-2 employee position
Schedule:
Tuesday - Sunday: 9am-2pm
Friday & Saturday: 9am-2pm plus late night hours 10/11pm-2am
Location:
South Park, San Diego (location may vary within San Diego area)
Start Date:
June 1st, pending availability
*Must be available for training sometime during our soft launch within May 29-31st (TBD)*
