This is a combo FOH and BOH position in one and requires someone who has worked back of house before. You must be available some weekdays and at least one weekend day a week. We are a fast-casual restaurant that is primarily to-go food.
What you will do:
Cook or prep components and assemble wraps and bowls
Maintain a clean working area and set up your team for the next task or item
Be responsible for completing tasks on an opening or closing checklist
Utilize the Toast POS system to help customers and take orders
Check and clean dining area and do dishes as necessary
Support your crew when needed
Requirements:
Kitchen or restaurant experience
A passion for good food and the way it looks when a customer gets it
An awareness for what's going on around you and what needs to be done
Community-driven attitude
Communication
Common sense
Ability to adjust, move faster and talk to your team when we get an influx of customers at the same time
Someone who can hit the ground running and understands the basics of a restaurant kitchen.
About us:
I am a small, woman-owned falafel shop. I started off as a popup for two years and opened a storefront in 2023. The goals is to share authentic recipes I grew up eating. We make small batches of food from scratch.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience (this includes tips)
