Job Description
5+ years of IT experience in end user support including remote support, field operations, networking,
and hardware deployment.
Skilled in managing incidents, troubleshooting network issues, and supporting Zebra industrial printers.
Strong knowledge of ITIL service management principles, including incident, problem and change management.
Proven success in end-user support, technician training, and system implementation.
Proficient in Microsoft tools. CompTIA A+ and Security+ certified.
Salary Range: $64,000 - $65,000 a year
