Job Summary
The Director, SG&A & Enablement FP&A provides strategic financial leadership across corporate and enablement functions. This role partners closely with senior leaders to translate business strategy into actionable financial plans, drive disciplined cost and workforce management, and deliver forward-looking insights to support executive decision-making.

Other Requirements

7-10 years of progressive FP&A experience, with significant exposure to SG&A, workforce, and corporate functions.

Demonstrated ability to translate large, complex datasets into clear financial plans, strategic narratives, and executive-ready recommendations.
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
