Rand Engineering is seeking a full time in office estimator whose duties would entail take offs of civil plans for underground utilities consisting of water, sewer and storm drain. The qualified individual needs to be able to read civil plans and possess either a construction management degree (or similar) or experience in this position at previous employers. Either will be accepted but one of those two qualifications needs to be met. The job consists of computer takes offs using our estimating software, emailing, excel, word, submittals and project managing assisting. Blue beam, adobe and Procore experience are beneficial. Compensation starting at $38/per hour and upwards depending on experience and is flexible. Paid Holidays, paid sick time, Kaiser heath insurance, 401k after 1 year of employment. In office 40 hours per work.
