Role Description: We need a reliable, fast line Cook to prep and execute our menu - ceviches, aguachiles, taco, and seafood cocktails, seafood towers, calditos, and more. You'll work a station, follow recipes, and keep the kitchen running smooth during service.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of kitchen experience
- Food Handler Certification (or ability to get one quickly)
- Able to work weekends and flexible shifts
- Team player, reliable, and able to keep up in a fast-paced kitchen
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Seafood or Mariscos experience is a big plus
