As a Armed Security Officer - Afternoon Driving Prol in San Diego, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Security Officer in a residential locion, where you will prol assigned areas, perform driving prols, and remain visible to help deter security-reled incidents. Wh You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-reled protocols, and when approprie, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and reporting security-reled concerns according to site policy.
- Conduct regular and random armed prols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking locions, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor entrances, visitor activity, and/or resident interactions while maintaining a visible presence and supporting community rules, property policies, and security-reled procedures.
- Assist with alarm response, access control issues, and/or after-hours calls for service, communicing with local authorities, residents, and property representives when approprie.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- An armed guard card or license is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participe in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
