The Shed is looking for a strong, reliable team member who can handle the back of house and jump up front when needed.
We need someone who:
* Has solid BOH/kitchen experience
* Can move with urgency during busy service
* Stays clean, organized, and professional
* Works well with a small, tight-knit team
* Is willing to learn the POS system and help take orders when needed
* Understands hospitality matters just as much as the food
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced kitchen connected to a busy bar environment. Flexibility and attitude matter just as much as experience.
Weekend availability is required, and Saturday night availability is absolutely non-negotiable.
If you can cook, communicate, and keep your cool under pressure, we want to meet you.
Must be 21+ due to liquor license restrictions.
