Responsibilities:Includes but are not limited to the following:
- Performs daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly preventative maintenance on dies, machines, and all ancillary equipment as assigned by schedules or instruction.
- Performs breakdown repairs on production equipment when necessary.
- Ability to use test equipment and troubleshoot safely.
- Accurately records information on all required logs, forms, schedules, and/or MP2 system.
- Maintains shop and shop tools.
- Understands and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Performs routine daily maintenance and breakdown repairs on Film Utility Equipment.
- Performs proper disposition and storage of ordered supplies and materials.
- Help maintain and keep spare parts inventory.
- Works with Quality associates and makes machine process setting adjustments to maintain quality and productivity requirements.
- Install new equipment and modify existing equipment as directed. Qualifications/ Education/ Special Skills• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
- 2 year degree in Electrical / Mechanical, Mechatronics Maintenance or equivalent experience.
- Must have three years of Multi-Craft, Electrical, or Mechanical Maintenance experience.
- Advanced Industrial Electrical, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and Mechanical.
