What You’ll Do:
• Prepare and cook traditional Neapolitan pizzas using high-quality ingredients
• Operate and manage a wood-fired oven with precision and consistency
• Maintain dough preparation standards, including fermentation and stretching techniques
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Work collaboratively with a fun, fast-paced team to deliver an excellent guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of experience making Neapolitan-style pizza
• Strong understanding of dough handling, fermentation, and wood-fired cooking
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude and passion for food and hospitality
