What you will do
A Talent Acquisition specialist , you will support Klarna’s hiring efforts in the US and EU by managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a high-volume environment. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, providing guidance and ensuring alignment on hiring needs while delivering a seamless candidate experience. This position combines strategic stakeholder engagement with hands-on execution, including conducting initial interviews and coordinating onboarding administration. You will also contribute to improving recruitment operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability across hiring activities.
Who you are
- Experience working in Talent Acquisition and HR within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and build strong working relationships across teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle high-volume workloads
- Comfortable conducting initial candidate interviews and managing recruitment coordination tasks
- Detail-oriented with experience handling onboarding administration and process execution
- Strong communication skills with working proficiency in English
- Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize effectively under pressure
Awesome to have
- Experience supporting hiring in the US market
- Experience hiring business development, commercial and GTM positions
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Experience working in fintech, technology, or other high-growth environments

The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. The salary range posted in the job advertisement refers to the base pay. Base pay is part of a total compensation package, which may also include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health and wellness, and benefits such as life insurance, medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents.
