This position is an Agile team member and servant-leader responsible for ensuring the team27s understanding of Agile development practices / Kanban practices, building effective interfaces with other Agile teams and units, and promoting self-organization and maturity of the Agile team. Scrum master plays the role of teacher, coach, mentor, change agent, facilitator and impediment remover.

3+ years of experience in Agile working (specific Scrum Master / Kanban / XP experience preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Confident and skilled at identifying and navigating through road-blocks.

Strong communication skills and ability to coach team on agile practices and ensure adherence to agile methodology to deliver maximum business value.
Practices servant leadership, always thinking about how to enable the team to perform and pushing for what is best for the team. Also leading by example.
Able to resolve conflicts within the team before they become an issue and create a safe environment for the team.
Brings a high-energy and passionate outlook to the job and can influence those around her/him.

Base Salary Range:
$87,800.00 - $131,700.00
