Banbu Sushi Bar & Grill is an upscale East County favorite, blending classic Japanese design with a modern bistro vibe. We serve fresh sushi, creative specialty rolls, grilled favorites, and more in a welcoming atmosphere. With high-volume service and a loyal following, we're looking to expand our talented **kitchen team**.
We are currently hiring for **all kitchen positions**:
- **Line Cooks / Grill Cooks**
-**Tempura Cooks**
- **Prep Cooks / Food Prep**
- **Dishwashers**

- Passion for fresh ingredients, sushi, and Japanese-inspired cuisine
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Team players with strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent food quality and presentation
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (we're open Sunday–Thursday 11:30 AM–9:00 PM and Friday–Saturday 11:30 AM–10:00 PM)
**Experience requirements vary by role** — we welcome both seasoned professionals and motivated beginners for entry-level positions like prep and dish.
