Embassy of Beauty is a luxury beauty destination founded in London in 2018, dedicated to discovering the world's most niche and exceptional brands. We curate against three principles: authenticity, efficacy, and transparency. Every product is tested by our team before it reaches a customer.
We operate a flagship retail and treatment destination on Kensington Church Street alongside an established direct-to-consumer ecommerce business. We are now building Embassy of Beauty in the US from our Boca Raton office.
The Role
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Executive to lead hands-on customer acquisition across our UK and US businesses. This is a real budget, real campaign, real results role. You will be the person actually in the ad accounts, briefing creative, reading the data, and iterating.
You will sit in our Boca Raton office, report to the Head of Ecommerce, and work alongside the UK Graphic Designer and Written Content Manager who will support you on creative and copy. You will get exposure to two markets at very different stages of maturity: an established UK business and a US business launching from scratch.
What You Will Do
Paid media:
- Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google
- Manage daily budget allocation and pacing
- Brief creative and copy to the Graphic Designer and Written Content Manager
- Run a structured testing programme on creative, audiences, and offers
- Report weekly on CAC, ROAS, and contribution
SEO and AEO:
- Manage on-page SEO across product, category, and editorial pages
- Develop and execute an AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) strategy to ensure Embassy of Beauty is surfaced in AI-driven search results across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews
- Work with the Written Content Manager to plan content that ranks in both traditional and AI-generated search
Affiliate and influencer:
- Source, onboard, and manage affiliate partners and influencer relationships
- Negotiate commercial terms and track partner performance
- Coordinate seeding, gifting, and paid partnership activity
Reporting:
- Build and maintain weekly performance dashboards
- Surface insights and recommendations to the Head of Ecommerce
- Use GA4 and platform analytics to understand customer behaviour and channel attribution
Who You Are
Essential:
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally at a direct-to-consumer brand or specialist agency
- Demonstrable experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in GA4, ad platform reporting, and spreadsheet analysis
- Commercial intuition: you think in ROAS, CAC, and contribution, not impressions and clicks
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and an active interest in AEO and the rise of AI-driven search
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to brief creative and copy clearly
- Self-starter mindset, comfortable operating with autonomy in a small team
- Authorised to work in the United States
Desirable:
- Experience in beauty, wellness, fashion, or premium lifestyle
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar DTC tooling
- Exposure to affiliate platforms or influencer marketing tools
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and post-iOS attribution
