Overview:
- In-person
- San Diego - Downtown/Central
- M-F, Full Time
- Pay Range: $35 - $39/hour
- Start de: July 2026
Responsibilities:
- Manage the care of a 1x1 student with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, Trachs/Vents, G-tubes) by coordining with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents
- Maintain accure and confidential health record
- Communice with parents regarding their child's health stus, concerns, and recommended follow-up care
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
- Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)
Qualificions:
- CA ste nursing license
- Must Be Okay With Trachs
- CPR/BLS certificion
- Current negive TB result
