Position Summary:
Lead customer retention and lifecycle marketing strategy across a portfolio of eCommerce brands, with a strong focus on customer intelligence, analytics, and personalized engagement. This role will oversee CRM channels including email and SMS, leveraging CDP and marketing automation platforms to drive customer retention, engagement, and customer value. The role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing lifecycle campaigns across channels. This position will also partner with store teams to support omnichannel customer engagement opportunities as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
· Own lifecycle marketing strategy and execution across email, SMS, and onsite placements
· Develop data-driven customer segmentation and personalization strategies
· Leverage CDP, customer analytics, and behavioral insights to optimize engagement and conversion
· Build, QA, deploy, and optimize campaign emails, automated journeys, trigger campaigns, and SMS campaigns within marketing automation platforms
· Drive testing, reporting, and performance analysis to improve channel efficiency and ROI
· Define annual channel roadmap and KPIs aligned to each brand’s goals
· Manage relationships with ESP and other MarTech partners while staying current on industry trends and innovation
· Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting by brand
· Support MarTech and customer data initiatives, including audience management and data integration workflows
· Partner cross-functionally with eCommerce, IT, creative, merchandising, and store teams on omnichannel initiatives and special projects
· Evaluate and implement AI-driven lifecycle marketing capabilities and personalization opportunities

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
· 7–10+ years of CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing experience within Retail or DTC environments
· Hands-on experience building and deploying email, SMS, lifecycle automation, customer journey orchestration, and triggered communications within ESP and marketing automation platforms
· Strong expertise in customer analytics, segmentation, and CDP platforms
· Experience working across a portfolio of brands or multi-brand environments strongly preferred
· Proficiency in modern ESPs, CDPs, Excel, Google Analytics, and other MarTech platforms
· Familiarity with AI-driven lifecycle marketing capabilities and customer engagement tools
· Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
· Strong reporting, testing, and performance optimization capabilities
· Detail oriented with a focus on delivering measurable business results

The pay range for this position is: $125,000 - $165,000 per year.
