Make a Difference
The Manager of Finance will support primary care, transformation, residency, research, IHCI, and other areas. This position will take ownership of key financial planning processes, including the long range financial plan, monthly financial plan, rolling quarterly forecast, annual operating and capital plans, and Pillar plans The Manager Finance will lead financial analyses for existing and proposed programs, prepare ROI calculations for capital projects, and manage special financial initiatives. You may also oversee planning processes for a network product line.
What You’ll Do
- Lead key financial planning processes, including long range planning, monthly planning, quarterly forecasting, and annual operating and capital plans.
- Conduct and communicate detailed financial analyses for programs and capital projects, including ROI evaluations.
- Manage activities related to web based planning and reporting tools and support special financial projects.
- Use cost accounting systems to gather data and support internal customer needs.
- Build strong cross functional relationships and mentor Finance team members.
- Model organizational values and maintain current skills in financial tools and systems.
- Hybrid – will work onsite during training. Onsite meeting attendance is required.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should demonstrate strong leadership skills including building a team and relationship management.
High school diploma or GED is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field is strongly preferred.
- Six (6) or more years of experience in accounting and/or finance,
- Healthcare accounting and/or finance is preferred.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial systems and cost accounting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Proven ability to communicate insights and recommendations effectively to senior leaders.
