General Manager – Warwick Rittenhouse Square
A historic Philadelphia landmark is entering an exciting new chapter — and we are seeking a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to lead it.
Located in the heart of iconic Rittenhouse Square, the 301-room Warwick Rittenhouse Square is a nearly 100-year-old “Grande Dame” hotel undergoing a major transformation as it evolves into a Marriott Tribute Portfolio property. The hotel features over 18,000 square feet of meeting and event space, multiple food & beverage outlets, and a residential component — creating a highly visible, complex, and high-touch operating environment.
This is not a maintenance GM role.
This is a transformational leadership opportunity for an experienced hospitality executive who can:

The ideal candidate brings:

Significant full-service hotel GM experience
-
REQUIRED Marriott brand experience

Experience leading unionized hotel environments

Strong financial acumen, labor management, and operational discipline

Experience with renovations, repositioning, or major transitions preferred

Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and commercial performance

Ability to lead in a fast-paced, highly visible environment with multiple stakeholders
