About the Role:
This role will provide primary People Partner support to the People function. This role will ensure overall People governance, including securing deployment of core people processes, providing counsel and advice for People matters and driving a systemic talent strategy, including succession planning, development, learning paths work in connection with the People products team.
This is a global position that will be supporting all managers, along with the People Leadership Team (PLT). Collaborating closely with the PLT, this role will ensure that the People plans and priorities across all the various areas within these groups are consistent and align with the overall People Strategy.
Reporting into the Head of People Strategy and Business Management, and working collaboratively with the global and local People Partner network, as well as the Extended People Leadership Team.
Responsibilities:
Build and execute on people plans within the groups supported. Partner with the respective leaders on people planning and development processes and strategic workforce design including organizational structures, needed competencies and expense objectives, engagement survey insights, and recognition processes
Provide Key Business Partnering across areas of Succession Planning, Performance Management, Annual Compensation Planning, Talent & Development, High risk employee relations and People Rewards. Ensures accurate planning and plays a critical role of guiding the business partnering team to operate with consistency
Drive Workforce planning efforts. Work with business on strategic workforce design and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to identify current and future leaders. Help to manage headcount budget in partnership with Head of People Strategy and Business Management, and Finance Partners, vet all open roles in the People Function to ensure a balanced workforce planning strategy.
Drive the Performance Management Process with team members and people leaders. Facilitate review sessions with management to ensure consistency and equity across client groups. Train new staff in process application. Counsel employees and managers in areas of performance improvement and in identifying training and development opportunities. Coach Managers to manage employee performance issues.
Drive Talent Development and talent reviews across People working in close collaboration with Functional leaders, ensuring there is a clear and targeted development plan in place for critical and key talent.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $126,676 to $221,434 USD. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

Basic Required Qualifications:
Highly developed skills in influencing and navigating a complex, heavily matrixed global organization.
5+ years of relevant industry experience in a Global environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
A focused driver with a structured process approach and ability to deliver outcomes
Ability to work in and organize self in a highly ambiguous environment with minimal direction.
Ability to work in a complex and highly matrixed environment; including being skilled at influencing senior leaders across the organization.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Experience of HR consulting and Organizational Design desired but not necessary.
Passionate about people development, strong communicator, highly energetic with ability to influence and persuade others.
Aptitude to communicate and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously, strong prioritization and organization skills.
Advanced communication skills. This includes the ability to simplify complex concepts and messages to the essential components and deliver these effectively to a wide range of audiences
Strong facilitation skills.
