As aDirector, AI Product Management, you will lead AI product strategy and execution across AI & Digital Transformation portfolio. You will also manage the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered solutions for sales, customer service, and operations. You will manage the AI team while partnering with business stakeholders to ensure effectiveness and deliver measurable business impact.
In this role you will:
- Define and drive the strategic product roadmap across the AI portfolio, including Quote & Order Automation, GenAI & Agents, Project Management, and Autonomous Procurement.
- Manage and develop a team of AI Product Owners and a UX Designer; set priorities and build a high-performing product organization.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate business strategy into a prioritized product portfolio with clear objectives, key results, and investment cases.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven improvement.
- Make product decisions that account for the probabilistic nature of AI 6 defining accuracy thresholds, designing human-in-the-loop review workflows, and managing stakeholder expectations about AI capabilities and limitations.
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery through scaling and driving enterprise-wide rollout.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into technical requirements, evaluate model performance against business KPIs, and ensure solutions are production-ready.
- Work with SaaS partners and Microsoft to maximize the value of vendor platforms while building proprietary capabilities.
- Champion responsible AI practices across the portfolio 6 ensuring fairness, transparency, data privacy, and appropriate governance for AI-powered decisions.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership; build organizational confidence in AI through visible, measurable wins.
What you bring to the table:
Minimum
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years managing AI/ML-powered products or data-driven applications
- 2+ years of people management experience leading product managers, product owners, or cross-functional product teams
- Demonstrated experience owning a multi-product portfolio or platform
- Track record of scaling products from pilot to enterprise-wide adoption
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing prioritized backlogs
- Four-year degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Preferred
- Experience in electrical distribution, supply chain, B2B operations, or industrial services
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Azure DevOps)
- Experience working with AI/ML SaaS vendors and managing build-vs-buy decisions
- MBA or advanced degree
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Manager, or equivalent certification
- Experience managing products that involve document intelligence, order automation, or conversational AI

- Understanding of AI/ML product development lifecycle, including data requirements, model training and evaluation, human-in-the-loop design, and production monitoring
- Knowledge of agile product management practices, including road mapping, backlog management, sprint planning, and OKR frameworks

Compensation Details:The expected basesalaryfor this position is starting at $135,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.
