About the Role
The OEM Sales Manager will have strong deal, strategy, and relationship management experience to increase and support our OEM customer relationships.This position plays a strategic role in the growth of Arctic Wolf as we continue to expand our OEM offerings and customer base.
Responsibilities
Meet and exceed renewal/churn goals, upsell targets, and new OEM customer acquisition
Track and forecast key sales metrics weekly
Prospect for new OEM opportunities
Manage custom contracting and negotiate outbound OEM agreements
Develop and foster strong working relationships between Arctic Wolf and our OEM customers
Facilitate customer support and product enhancement requests, collaborating with Product Management and R&D teams
Collaborate with Marketing on OEM sales supporting collateral and other GTM program items such as web page updates
Participate in OEM product pricing strategy
Who You Are
Ability to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with both customers and colleagues at all levels
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skilled in selling techniques within a proven sales process framework
Minimum Qualifications
5 years minimum of OEM sales and customer management experience including custom contract negotiation
Comfort with Security topics including vulnerability management, network security, security operations, threat intelligence and others
Experience with Salesforce

The base salary range for this job family is 147,800 to 249,800 USD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
