You will engage with organizations acrosstheConsumer Business Servicesindustries,helping them drive innovation,customerengagement, and data-driven growth using Salesforce technology.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive strategic growth withintheConsumer Business Servicesverticalsby positioningrelated multi-cloud offerings (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud,Experience Cloud,Marketing Cloud,Data360 andAgentforce).
Leadsolution strategy sessions, opportunity analysis, account discovery, proposal presentations, and statement of work (SOW) negotiationswith C-level stakeholders.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelorsdegreein Business, Information Technology,Finance,or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
Strong understanding ofSalesforce platform capabilities, includingSales Cloud, Service Cloud,Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud,Marketing Cloud,Data360 andAgentforce.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, withexperienceengaging executive-level audiences.
