What You'll Be Doing:
Execute targeted, multi-channel outreach strategies to identify and engage qualified prospects within assigned market segments
Leverage sales intelligence tools, automation, and technologies such as AI to increase outreach efficiency and lead quality
Research and identify high-intent prospects through analysis of clinical trial activity, pipeline data, company growth signals, and industry trends
Convert outreach activities into qualified client meetings and RPF submissions for Premier’s Business Development and Proposals & Contracts teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activity, lead status, and pipeline progression
Collaborate closely with Business Development to align targeting strategies with market priorities and revenue goals
Tailor outreach messaging and channel strategies to meet individual prospect needs
What We Are Searching For:
Bachelor’s degree required; degree in life sciences, business, or related field preferred
5-7 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development preferably within the CRO, pharma, or life sciences industry
Demonstrated proficiency with sales intelligence and automation tools
Familiarity with the drug development process and CRO service landscape strongly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, targeted outreach messaging
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable prospecting strategies
Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized starting base pay for this role is $109,000.00 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
