The Finance Senior Manager - US FP&A will be part of the Global Commercial Finance team and will report to the Finance Lead - US FP&A. The job responsibilities will consist of the following, but not limited to:
Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance across US Commercial with proactive identification of issues, opportunities, and challenges.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting (revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses); perform supporting analysis to explain underlying business dynamics and results
Create and maintain sophisticated financial models, trend and scenario analysis, dashboards and reports to support the business with financial and strategic initiatives and insights
Develop data visualization content to clearly and effectively convey the story inside the data
Support finance team with close processes including operating expense analysis and other P&L line items, and preparing materials for financial review with senior leadership
Assist with required forecasts and Annual Operating Plan submission including report generation, template management, analysis of forecast submission across all aspects of the P&L
Prepare and present executive-level reports, presentations and materials to communicate key financial insights and support decision making
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to provide transparency and insights into the financial performance, as well as effectively and constructively scrutinize and challenge assumptions.
Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting to enhance the strategic decision-making framework across the business
As a member of the US Commercial Finance team, this role will also support various US Operations and US Commercial Finance cross-functional improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with existing and established company internal controls, and financial polices procedures
Educational requirements and job experience:
7-10 years work experience in a corporation in a financial planning and analysis function with strong track records of business partnering
Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or economics
MBA is a plus; CPA is a plus but not required
Experience in commercial FP&A, modeling and forecasting tools is required

High attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality financial analysis and recommendations
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, and FP&A tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ThinkCell and PowerPoint)
Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet software (EXCEL) and PowerPoint
Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Anaplan, OneStream) and the ability to visualize financial data
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,000 - $200,000 Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range
for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation.
This position is also eligible for long-term incentives.
