Job Summary

TheSeniorSolution Architect (SSA) is a field-based technical pre-sales role that focuses on developing comprehensive solutions for CDW customers. This role involveshelpingcustomers design andimplementingsolutions across Digital Experience and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) through a consultative, pre-salesapproach.In this role you will be working with customers, delivery, and internal sales teams to develop andmaintainstrategic relationships and be a trusted advisor to grow ourDigital Experienceservices business.

What you will do:

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, aligning business needs with Digital Experience and ITAD solutions

Lead discovery conversations, solution design, and service scoping across the sales lifecycle.Developappropriate assessmentand service solutions for CDW customers, including architecture, optimizations, technology health checks, deployment services, and advisory services.

Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and internal sales to offer consultative guidance, plan sales strategy, and author statements of work (SOWs).

Analyze technical and competitive considerations, defining actions to meet customerrequirementsin thesales cycle,andthrough a consultativeapproach,providesenhanced business outcomes beyondinitialcustomer expectations.

Maintain strong customer and partner relationships while supporting territory and pipeline strategy.

Act as a subject matter expert and support enablement, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across teams.

What we expectofyou:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of five years in technical, pre-sales, or post-saledelivery role.

Motivated, self-starting, and able to independently perform high quality work with minimal guidance.

Industry knowledge and domainexpertise-Digital Experience and ITAD solutions.

Team collaboration and leadership: Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales and delivery, is crucial in this role.

Solution design and problem-solving skills: The candidate should have the ability toability to design and clearly articulate solutions to technical and non-technical audiences

Proven collaboration across sales, delivery, and partner teams.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Familiarity with CRM tools and statements of work preferred.

Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Payrange: $94,500 - 132,100depending on experience and skill set
Annual bonus target of25%subject to terms and conditions of plan
