F&I Manager

We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional customer experience and building long-term relationships. We’re looking for a results-driven F&I Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in our dealership’s success.
What You’ll Do
- Present and sell finance and insurance products (extended warranties, GAP, service contracts, etc.)
- Secure financing through lenders and financial institutions
- Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Accurately prepare and submit all deal paperwork
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and customers
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Familiarity with compliance (OFAC, Red Flags, Truth in Lending, etc.)

Schedule:
Full-time | Weekends required
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
