Oasis Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is growing and looking for a strong Lead HVAC Installer who can take ownership of jobs, lead installs the right way, and produce clean, professional work without constant supervision.

What we need:
• Strong HVAC installation experience
• Ability to lead installs and keep jobs moving
• Can install systems cleanly, correctly, and efficiently
• Strong understanding of quality, airflow, fit and finish, and professional jobsite standards
• Able to communicate clearly with team members and management
• Takes responsibility, solves problems, and does not need to be babysat
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Clean, professional attitude
