Position OverviewAs a Data Analyst Sr within PNC's Data and Automation organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL, Lakewood, CO or Phoenix, AZ.
The Senior Data Analyst plays a key role in delivering a centralized reporting and insights function across the organization. This role partners closely with stakeholders to intake reporting needs, design automated and scalable reporting solutions, and deliver clear, actionable insights-particularly related to GenAI programs. The position requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency in modern reporting and automation tools, and excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to both operational and executive leadership.
Responsibilities
• Own and operate a centralized reporting intake and delivery process, partnering with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs
• Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Build high-quality dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate insights and trends
• Deliver insights related to GenAI programs, translating complex data into meaningful narratives for operational and executive audiences
• Support digitalization initiatives by modernizing reporting workflows and reducing manual processes
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure reports align to decision-making needs and business priorities
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and confidently to leadership at multiple levels
• Continuously improve reporting standards, visualization quality, and presentation effectiveness
Qualifications & Skills
• Advanced experience in reporting and analytics, with a focus on centralized or enterprise reporting models
• Strong hands-on experience with data and visualization tools such as Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate), Tableau, and Alteryx
• Proven ability to build compelling visualizations with a strong focus on clarity, design, and presentation
• Experience supporting digitalization and automation of reporting processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate insights, findings, and recommendations
• Experience tailoring presentations and reports for both operational leaders and executive audiences
• Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, consistency, and storytelling

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $55,000.00 - $131,330.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
