NOW HIRING: Experienced Event Promoters – San Diego County Fair
Pay: $20–$22 per hour + performance incentives
Calbath Renovations is hiring experienced, high-energy event promoters for the San Diego County Fair. This is a fast-paced, high-traffic environment, and we’re looking for individuals who can confidently engage with the public and generate quality leads.
Dates:
June 10 – July 5
Wednesday through Sunday (Mondays & Tuesdays off)
Schedule:
Shifts scheduled in alignment with fair operating hours. Flexibility and availability for full-day shifts are required.
What You’ll Do:
• Engage fair attendees and create interest in our services
• Generate and qualify leads for our sales team
• Maintain a professional, energetic presence throughout the day
• Represent Calbath with a positive, customer-first attitude
Requirements:
• Prior experience in events, fairs, promotions, or sales (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work the full fair schedule
• Comfortable standing and working outdoors for extended periods
Compensation:
• $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)
• Additional performance-based incentives
