We are currently searching for a Supply Chain Manager to own the execution and coordination of production tracking across our business. This role sits at the center of our supply chain, ensuring that orders move from development through delivery with clear visibility, strong cross-functional alignment, and consistent follow-through. This individual will act as the connective tissue between Design, Marketing, Planning, and our Trade Office, maintaining a real-time view of production status, surfacing risks early, and driving issues to resolution. In addition to managing visibility and coordination across international production, this role owns end-to-end sourcing and execution for domestic and non-core product categories.
This role is based in our New Orleans Headquarters 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Own visibility into all orders, milestones, and delivery timelines across the production lifecycle, ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking at all times.
- Lead production tracking and coordination across Design, Marketing, Planning, and Trade Office, ensuring teams are aligned on timelines, priorities, and execution.
- Lead core production and tracking in meetings, driving clear agendas, ownership, and follow-through on all action items.
- Identify risks and delays early, communicate clearly, and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders to protect timelines.
- Track vendor and production partner performance against milestones, ensuring accountability and clear attribution of delays.
- Own end-to-end sourcing and production execution for domestic and non-core product categories, including vendor identification, onboarding, and management.
- Drive issue resolution across production and sourcing, ensuring problems are owned and resolved quickly without unnecessary escalation.
- Maintain clean, reliable systems and reporting that provide accurate visibility into production status and risks.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in supply chain, production, or project management roles within a consumer, retail, or product-driven business
- Experience working with international manufacturing partners; Asia experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across cross-functional teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and drive execution without perfect information
- Clear communicator who can align teams and push for accountability
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and follow-through
