The Manager, Supply Chain Management position is responsible for the overall ownership of the supplier management process and communication of customer flow through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty, etc. They are also responsible to the customer and program management to meet all material contract objectives (technical, cost, schedule). The Manager must also have extensive knowledge in procurement, contracts, production control, logistics and program material strategy, financial execution of material requirements, and be able to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.
This position could work at either Largo, FL or Marlborough, MA facilties.
What You Will Do
- Develop and lead supply chain proposal activities
- Conduct pre award Supplier Assessment (RESA)
- Reporting, tracking, and managing of an IPT and responsible for the delivery of procured material from suppliers, through external testing, and shipment to destination
- Works with other functions to ensure cost estimates and EAC are accurate, processes are followed, and staffing is appropriate for execution
- Conduct material contract closure activity alongside Contracts and Program Office
- Establishes material priorities across the Integrated Product Team (IPT) and/or program
- Provides Supply Chain support for Gates 2-11 activities and ensures Integrated Product Development Program (IPDP) compliance for the programs and tailoring when applicable
- Act as the Control Account Manager (CAM) or support the assigned CAM
- Prepare and develop material pricing strategy, supplier flow down strategy, and preliminary program strategy for the proposal and communication
- Work with contracts and Supply Chain Advisor to create Material Contract Brief (MCB)
- Establish Risk and Opportunities and Mitigation plans
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, or related work experience
- Experience with supply chain, procurement, production control, receiving, cost estimating, logistics, and/or finance
- Experience in leading in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment
- Experience with Supplier management and/or Subcontract management
- Developing & executing Risk/Opportunity plans to meet program objectives
- Experience developing & executing the make/buy/where process
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with SAP/PRISM and the Supply Chain suite of tools
- Experience in Earned Value Management
- Experience working development or transition to production programs
- Project management skills
- Experience with developing and analyzing performance metrics as well as experience proactively addressing associated program and functional issues
- Knowledge of US Government acquisition laws and regulations
- Certified Material Program Manager, Program management certification or equivalent
- Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) and contract manufacturer experience is highly desired
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Experience interfacing with all levels of internal management
- Certified Material Program Manager, Program management certification or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering-General or Industrial, Operations or other related field

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
