Position
Sushi Chef (Full-Time / Part-Time – negotiable)
Responsibilities
Sushi and sashimi preparation
Counter service and sushi making
Fish butchery and daily prep
Ingredient quality control and inventory management
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Requirements (Must Have)
Prior experience as a sushi chef
Strong knife skills and fish handling knowledge
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional attitude and reliability
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Japan or with Edomae-style sushi
Long-term availability
Basic English communication skills
