The Role
This is a Part-Time position with a clear path to Full-Time for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
What you’ll be doing:
Guest Experience & Coaching: You’ll be the face of the fun! You will greet guests, teach the art of axe throwing (no experience? we’ll train you!), and ensure everyone has a safe and smashing time in our Rage Rooms.
Safety First: Confidently explaining rules and monitoring lanes to keep our "axeperts" and "ragers" safe.
Operations & Logistics: This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for loading/unloading materials, resetting rooms, and ensuring the facility is clean and ready for the next group.
Prioritization: We stay busy! You’ll need to use your time management skills to handle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.
