We are a growing architectural and engineering firm seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented, and experienced Designer or Architect to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the full lifecycle of projects—from design to permitting—and is ready to grow within a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design ADUs, custom homes, and commercial projects
-Prepare and submit architectural plans to city planning departments
-Coordinate with agencies and respond to plan check corrections
-Manage projects through the permitting process until approval is obtained
-Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
-Proven experience with plan submittals and permitting
-Strong knowledge of local building codes and city processes
-Ability to manage multiple projects (residential and commercial) and meet deadlines
-Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
