Positions Available:
Sous Chef
Chef de Cuisine (CDC)
What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire kitchen teams to execute high-quality, consistent food
Oversee daily kitchen operations, prep, and service
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
Assist with menu development, ordering, and inventory control
Train and mentor culinary staff
Collaborate with front-of-house and campus partners
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or CDC (high-volume or campus dining a plus)
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Passion for food innovation and quality
Solid understanding of cost control and kitchen operations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
