Key Responsibilities
- Diagnostics: Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using dealer-level diagnostic equipment (Star Diagnosis/XENTRY).
- Shop Standards: Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety and environmental standards.
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform high-quality maintenance and repair services on European vehicles (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi).
- Inspections: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections a nd document necessary repairs for service advisors.
- Systems Expertise: Execute various repairs including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as an automotive technician, specifically with Mercedes-Benz or other European luxury brands. We are looking for an expert Master Service Technician with at least 5 years of experience on German cars, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, WV, Audi.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in using professional repair portals and software such as WIS/ASRA, ElsaWin, or erWin.
- Certifications: ASE Certifications are highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to "fix it right the first time."
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and your own set of professional tools.

- Competitive Pay: Flat-rate of $30 – $45/hr based on experience and skill level. Unlimited Earning Potential, 90K - 130K.
- Stable Schedule: Full-time, consistent work hours in a professional shop environment. Open Monday-Friday. Closed on Weekends and most Holidays.
