Compensation
Probationary Pay Rate is $22 per hour to start: $24 per hour thereafter after probationary period
Pay increase strictly based on performance, reliability, and ability to work independently
Weekly pay (every Friday) after first week of work
Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Alternating scheduling) *Must be able to work Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
Exterior wash, clay, wax, polishing, and paint correction
Interior deep cleaning, shampoo, steam cleaning, and extraction
Operate buffers, polishers, steamers, vacuums, and related equipment
Identify and recommend additional services when appropriate
Maintain production efficiency without compromising quality
Qualifications:
Recent professional detailing experience required (detail centers preferred)
Strong understanding of paint correction and interior restoration processes helpful
Comfortable using professional-grade tools and equipment
Physically capable of standing, bending, and crouching for extended periods
Must be able to communicate and understand English
Front of Line Skills:
Engine Detailing
Headlight Restoration
Paint Correction, Color Sanding, Compounding for Paint Correction
Must be able to detail a car from start to finish
