Compensation
Pay Rate starting at $22 and future raises is performance-based wage growth
Pay increases based on performance, reliability, and ability to work independently
Weekly pay (every Friday)
Immediate hiring opportunities
Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Alternating scheduling)
Responsibilities:
Exterior wash, clay, wax, polishing, and paint correction
Interior deep cleaning, shampoo, steam cleaning, and extraction
Operate buffers, polishers, steamers, vacuums, and related equipment
Identify and recommend additional services when appropriate
Maintain production efficiency without compromising quality
Qualifications:
Recent professional detailing experience required (detail centers preferred)
Strong understanding of paint correction and interior restoration processes helpful
Comfortable using professional-grade tools and equipment
Physically capable of standing, bending, and crouching for extended periods
Must be able to communicate and understand English
