Looking for 5 drywall hanger/metal stud framers to assist on short term warehouse job in Otay Mesa & hotel in La Jolla.
*Must have commercial experience framing interior walls using metal studs and track, including layout, cutting, and assembly to plumb and level specifications.
*Must have commercial experience installing drywall (walls and ceilings), including measuring, cutting, hanging, and fastening sheets
*Must have experience using tools such as screw guns, cut-out tools, laser levels, and aviation snips for both framing and drywall applications
*Must have experience reading and interpreting blueprints, layouts, and construction drawings for proper wall placement and drywall installation
*Must have experience fastening track to concrete and structural surfaces using anchors or powder-actuated tools
Pay Rate per hour negotiable.
