T.B. Penick is a 120-year-old, award-winning general contractor based in San Diego, building projects across the country and internationally. We’re looking for skilled Concrete Finishers who take pride in their work to join our team.
If you know concrete and can produce clean, high-quality finishes, we want to hear from you.
Pay Range: $35.00 – $47.00 per hour
(Final rate depends on experience, skill level, and certifications.)
What you’ll be doing:
Place, finish, and cure concrete to project specifications
Perform flatwork, walls, and detailed/architectural finishes
Work with stamped, decorative, exposed aggregate, and pervious concrete as needed
Maintain a safe and productive jobsite
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
Flatwork
Seat walls
Detailed/finish work
Architectural concrete
Decorative / stamped concrete
Exposed aggregate
Pervious concrete
