Exponents, Insta USA Inc., is looking for a full-time, experienced Warehouse Worker and Forklift Operator to join our team.
The Warehouse Worker and Forklift Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of the warehouse worker requires a keen attention to detail, excellent spatial awareness, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Forklift Experience required.
Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload various materials, products, and equipment within the warehouse.
Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and managing inventory by accurately documenting inbound and outbound shipments and reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
Order Fulfillment: Retrieve and deliver products according to order requests, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment to support efficient warehouse operations.
Organize materials and products in designated storage areas, optimizing available space and maintaining proper stock rotation.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Communication: Collaborate with warehouse personnel, supervisors, and team members to coordinate activities, share information, and maintain smooth workflow.
Quality Control: Handle products with care to prevent damage and ensure the quality of goods being moved.
Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping aisles, disposing of waste properly, and arranging materials neatly.
Emergency Response: Follow emergency procedures in case of accidents, spills, or other incidents, and assist in emergency response activities as necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Forklift Experience required
Solid understanding of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting inventory movements.
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy objects.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on safety.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Lift and carry heavy objects, often up to 50 pounds.
Bend, stoop, and reach to access materials and operate equipment.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures within the warehouse environment.
-Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with potential overtime available based on company needs.
-Flexibility in working overtime and weekends are required.

Compensation:
The Warehouse is a full-time position, depending on experience. Benefits are available after 90 days. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.
