We need someone who can step in NOW and handle volume.
Requirements:
• Strong communication + menu knowledge
• Experience in high-volume service
• Clean, professional presence
• Confident upselling
You must be:
• Fast and detail-oriented
• Composed under pressure
• Naturally hospitable
You will:
• Take control of your section
• Manage timing and flow
• Deliver high-level service every table
