Medical Assistant (Bilingual Spanish Required) – Podiatry Practice
We are a well-established, fast-paced podiatry practice seeking an experienced Medical Assistant (minimum 2 years) to support clinical operations and patient care.
This role is ideal for a dependable, organized MA who can maintain efficient patient flow, support wound care, and contribute to a smooth, well-run clinic.

🔹 Responsibilities
• Room patients efficiently and accurately
• Document in EMR in real time
• Assist with wound care and routine podiatric treatments
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms between patients
• Restock exam and treatment rooms daily
• Manage patient flow to minimize delays
• Handle patient calls, messages, and pharmacy updates
• Process referrals and assist with authorization requests
• Scan and upload documents into EMR
• Maintain clean, organized clinical spaces

🔹 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong EMR and documentation skills
• Experience with referrals/authorizations preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

• 32 hours per week (consistent schedule)
• $22-24 /hour (depending on experience)
