ROLE_DESCRIPTION -
Lead Oracle Cloud Finance implementation projects to deliver business-aligned solutions.
Expertise in MS Project Plan, JIRA, Confluence tools.
Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business needs into functional requirements.
Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular project updates.
Oversee configuration, setup, enhancements across GL, AR, AP, Cash modules.
Coordinate testing, quality assurance, user acceptance to ensure defect-free deliverables.
Manage project timelines, risks, budget, and ensure effective issue resolution.
Guide change management and training to facilitate smooth system adoption.
Maintain project documentation, status reports, and governance compliance throughout.
Skill & Experience
Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, RMCS, EPM, ERP modules.
Strong project management skills with experience delivering finance-technology transformations.
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial process and systems integration.
Proficiency in change management, training, testing, and quality assurance practices.
Solid leadership and team coordination skills managing distributed or cross-functional teams.
