You will manage and maintain IT infrastructure spanning hardware, software, networks, and identity systems while supporting both on-site and remote teams. Acting as a key operational enabler, you will help design and implement scalable IT processes, improve system reliability, and enhance user experience across the organization. Accountabilities
- Oversee daily IT operations, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and support for hardware, software, and network systems.
- Manage IT infrastructure across local and remote environments, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and access management.
- Maintain and administer hardware inventory, software licenses, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and improve IT documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, including compliance with standards such as ISO27001.
- Manage endpoint and device administration using MDM/MAM tools such as Intune or Google MDM.
- Package, distribute, and manage software deployment across multiple operating systems.
- Support identity and access management processes, including RBAC, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM integrations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT System Administration or a similar technical support/infrastructure role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network environments.
- Solid understanding of operating systems including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and IoT systems.
- Experience with MDM/MAM solutions such as Microsoft Intune or Google MDM.
- Familiarity with identity and access management protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM) and RBAC frameworks.
- Basic scripting or coding ability in any programming or scripting language.
- Understanding of BYOD and enterprise device enrollment processes.
- Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support users across all organizational levels.
- Nice to have: knowledge of Zero Trust security principles and architecture.
