P6 Scheduler – Utility T&D & Substation
QISG is seeking aPrimavera P6 Schedulerwith5+ years of utility experience in Transmission & Distribution (T-Line) and Substation projects 6 required and must be clearly shown on the resume.
This role builds and managesresource- and cost-loaded P6 schedules, performscritical path analysis, and partners with project teams to drive execution across EPC projects.
Remote within the United StatesTravel Requirement:Up to 25% (domestic)Work Authorization: must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
What Youll Do
- Develop and manageLSM and CPM Primavera P6 schedulesfor utility transmission, substation, and renewable projects
- Build and maintainresource- and cost-loaded schedulesaligned with baselines and execution strategies
- Integrate inputs fromengineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
- Performcritical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and productivity tracking
- Identifyschedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Produceearned value metrics, KPIs, and cash flow reportsfor project controls and executives
- Supportlook-ahead planning, short-interval schedules, and continuous improvement
- Maintaincompliant schedule documentationper contract and company standards
What Youll Bring
- 5+ years of scheduling experiencesupporting utility transmission lines (T-Line) and substations 6 required
- Advanced Primavera P6 expertise, including cost- and resource-loaded schedule development
- Experience withLinear Scheduling, large-scale sitework, and long-lead equipment planningfor utility projects
- Familiarity withTILOS, Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, or similar schedule analysis tools
- Proven ability tocollaborate with engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
- Strongcommunication and influencing skills, coordinating across multiple departments
- Highlyorganized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Education:High school diploma required; Bachelors in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred

Compensation RangeThe anticipated compensation for this position is USD $111,000.00/Yr. - USD $145,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
