Job Summary and Qualifications
Provides direct patient care and support within a behavioral health setting, working under the supervision of a nurse. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities,monitoringvital signs, reporting changes in patient behavior,participatingin treatment planning, and ensuring patient safety. They also play a crucial role in creating a therapeutic environment and fostering positive patient interactions.
