Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Clinton Township, MI, for an IT Support Technician. The role involves providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing maintenance and repair on desktop computers and printers, and assisting with the installation and configuration of systems. The IT Support Technician will ensure that all IT-related issues are addressed promptly and effectively to minimize workflow disruptions.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Experience with supporting and maintaining desktop computers, including setup and configuration.
- Ability to perform Printer Support, including installation and troubleshooting printing issues.
- Hands-on experience in Computer Repair, addressing hardware malfunctions and maintenance tasks.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with team members and end users.
- Basic knowledge of networking and system administration is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are considered an asset.
