What You'll Do As An IT Help Desk Technician
- Be the First Line of Support-Serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing responsive, professional technical support and creating a positive customer experience.
- Solve Problems Daily-Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues remotely, helping clients stay productive and minimizing downtime.
- Manage Service Requests-Create, organize, and update service tickets while ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service expectations.
- Collaborate with the Team-Escalate more complex issues to advanced technicians and work closely with your team to deliver seamless support.
- Communicate with Purpose-Provide clear, professional communication with end users while documenting issues, solutions, and next steps.
- Support Business Operations-Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and basic administrative IT tasks that keep organizations running smoothly.
- Grow Your Skills-Learn new technologies, tools, and systems while building a strong technical foundation for your IT career.
What You Bring
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to learn, grow, and develop technical expertise
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking
- A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help others succeed
Bonus (Not Required)
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT or Computer Science
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or remote monitoring tools
- Exposure to Active Directory, Azure AD, or Microsoft certifications
