As our Help Desk Intern, you will gain the fundamental experience that will drive your career in Information Technology. In this role, you will assist with basic network and application troubleshooting, ensuring that team members have the technology and tools they need to work effectively. Your day-to-day consists of ticket management, device setup, maintaining systems & licenses, password resets, user support, jobsite deployment, and technical research & documentation.
Successful interns in this role are helpful, resourceful, dependable, and eager to learn, with a strong commitment to customer service, technical growth, and collaboration.

Your Background

- Strong communication skills with the ability to assist users of varying technical skill levels
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and general IT hardware (PCs, laptops, printers) preferred
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities with a willingness to learn new technologies
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable, with a positive attitude and service‑oriented mindset
