Job Summary
As an individual contributor on the seasonal rooftop team at Arlo Williamsburg, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and service to our guests. This position is full-time OR part time and includes a competitive salary and benefits package. Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range of $11.35 to $25 per hour, paid weekly
Seasonal position with the potential for extension based on performance

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Assist guests with seating, taking orders, and serving food and drinks
Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns promptly
Maintain a clean and organized rooftop area, including tables, chairs, and decor
Prepare and serve drinks from the rooftop bar
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests
Work closely with other departments, including kitchen staff, to ensure seamless service
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Attend and participate in training sessions and team meetings
Stay updated on menu items and daily specials
Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid alcohol serving certification
Knowledge of New York City and its surrounding areas is a plus
